The Village of Norris City is taking applications for the position of
Full Time Patrolman
Full Time Requirements:
- Must have reached his/her 21st birthday by the HIRE DATE.
- Must not have been convicted of any felony or certain misdemeanors.
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must meet minimum physical fitness standards as set forth in the Peace Officer Wellness Evaluation Report (POWER) tests.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license.
- If Illinois resident must have or be able to obtain a valid FOID card
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must Complete Application and Oral interview process
Full Time Benefits
Base pay $23.30 (subject to change based on experience)
